Mettaton's Glamburger

Burger Patty Preparation In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef (1 lb), breadcrumbs (¼ cup), minced onion (¼ cup), chopped parsley (¼ cup), egg (1), Worcestershire sauce (1 tsp), salt (½ tsp), and black pepper (¼ tsp). Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Shaping the Patties Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties. Make sure the patties are slightly larger than the burger buns (4) as they will shrink while cooking.

Cooking the Patties Preheat a grill or a skillet over medium-high heat. Place the patties on the grill or skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the desired level of doneness is reached.

Toasting the Burger Buns (4) While the patties are cooking, prepare the burger buns (4) by toasting them lightly. You can do this on the grill or in a toaster.

Resting the Patties Once the patties are cooked, remove them from the heat and let them rest for a few minutes. This will help the juices redistribute and keep the patties moist.

Burger Assembly To assemble the Glamburger, spread mayonnaise (4 tbsp) on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Top with a cooked patty, a slice of cheddar cheese, a slice of tomato, a lettuce leaf, a slice of red onion, a pickle slice, a strip of bacon, and a dollop of ketchup (4 tbsp) and mustard (4 tbsp). Place the top half of the bun over the fillings.

Enjoying the Glamburger Serve the Glamburger immediately and enjoy!
