Werewolf Recipe

1.In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, black pepper and cayenne pepper for the marinade.

2.Add the beef sirloin cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for maximum flavor.

3.In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

4.Add the ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper to the saucepan. Stir well to combine.

5.Simmer the werewolf sauce over low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.

6.Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

7.Thread the marinated beef cubes onto skewers.

8.Grill the beef skewers for about 4-6 minutes per side, or until cooked to desired doneness.

9.Remove the beef skewers from the grill and brush with the werewolf sauce.

10.Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley leaves and sesame seeds for garnish.

11.Serve the werewolf skewers hot and enjoy!
