Nick's Ultimate Chicken Alfredo Pasta

1.Cook the fettuccine pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2.Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook the chicken until golden brown and no longer pink in the center. Remove from skillet and slice into strips.

3.In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

4.Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is smooth and slightly thickened.

5.Season the Alfredo sauce with salt and black pepper to taste. Add the cooked fettuccine pasta and sliced chicken to the sauce, tossing to combine.

6.Serve the chicken Alfredo pasta in individual plates, garnished with chopped fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.
