Pumpkin White Chocolate Chewy Bars

Prepare the Dough Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9 inch baking pan. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin puree. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined. Press the dough evenly into the prepared baking pan.

Make the Filling In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture is smooth. Stir in the ground cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves. Fold in the chopped nuts. Spread the filling over the dough in the baking pan.

Add the Topping Sprinkle the remaining white chocolate chips and chopped nuts over the filling.

Bake and Serve Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the filling is set. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars. Serve and enjoy!
