Salmon Roll

Dough Preparation In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast. Mix well.

2.Add the warm water and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients. Stir until a soft dough forms.

3.Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 5-7 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.

4.Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with a clean towel. Allow it to rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Filling Preparation While the dough is rising, prepare the filling. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper.

6.Place the salmon fillet in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Oven Preheating Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Dough Rolling Remove the dough from the bowl and punch it down to release the air. Roll it out on a lightly floured surface into a large rectangle.

9.Place the marinated salmon fillet on top of the rolled-out dough. Roll the dough tightly, starting from one side, to enclose the salmon completely.

10.Slice the rolled dough into smaller rolls, about 1 inch thick.

Roll Assembly Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with a little vegetable oil for a golden crust.

Baking Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the salmon is cooked through.

Sauce Preparation While the rolls are baking, prepare the sauce. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and lemon juice.
