Cheese-Stuffed Chicken Breast

Preparation Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Chicken Preparation Cut a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.

Cheese Filling In a bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, basil, and oregano. Mix well.

Stuff the Chicken Stuff each chicken breast with the cheese mixture, pressing the edges together to seal.

Coating In a shallow dish, combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

Coat the Chicken Dip each stuffed chicken breast into the melted butter, then coat with the bread crumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

Bake Place the stuffed chicken breasts on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and coating is golden brown.
