Preparing the Candy Shell In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well until the mixture is sticky and holds together.

Preparing the Filling In a separate bowl, mix almond flour, powdered sugar, almond extract, and coconut oil until a smooth paste is formed.

Assembling the Raffaello Candies Take a small portion of the coconut mixture and flatten it in your palm. Place a teaspoon of the almond filling in the center and wrap the coconut mixture around it, forming a ball. Repeat this process with the remaining coconut mixture and filling.

Decorating the Candies Press a whole almond into the top of each candy for decoration.

Chilling and Serving Refrigerate the candies for at least 1 hour to set. Serve chilled and enjoy!
