Caviar Toast

Preparation of Sunflower Spread To make the sunflower spread, soak the sunflower seeds in water overnight. Drain and rinse the seeds.

Making the Sunflower Spread In a blender or food processor, combine the soaked sunflower seeds, milk, lemon juice, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Toasting the Bread Toast the bread slices until crispy.

Assembling the Caviar Toast Spread a generous amount of the sunflower spread on each slice of bread.

Garnishing the Caviar Toast Top each slice with a dollop of caviar and sprinkle with cabbage flakes for garnish.
