Preparation of the Bread Dough In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt.

Rising of the Dough Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Preheating the Oven Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Shaping and Transferring the Dough Punch down the risen dough and transfer it to a greased baking sheet.

7.Using your hands, spread the dough out into a rectangle shape, about 1/2 inch thick.

Preparing the Topping In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese.

Applying the Topping Brush the butter-garlic mixture over the top of the dough, making sure to evenly distribute it.

10.Sprinkle the chopped fresh parsley over the top of the dough.

Baking the Bread Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.

Cooling and Serving Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack before serving.
