Marinating the Pork In a large bowl, combine the pork shoulder cubes, soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper. Mix well to ensure the pork is evenly coated. Cover the bowl and let the pork marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, but preferably overnight.

Cooking the Stir-fry Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over high heat. Add the marinated pork and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the pork is browned and cooked through. Remove the pork from the pan and set aside.

3.In the same pan, add the sliced onion, red and green bell peppers, and dried red chili peppers. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.

4.Return the cooked pork to the pan and mix well with the vegetables. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

5.Pour the cornstarch mixture over the stir-fry and stir well to combine. Cook for another minute until the sauce has thickened.

6.Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot. Enjoy your Urainum Pig Meat!
