Bacon Wrapped Chicken

Marinade In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, honey, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Chicken Preparation Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the chicken is evenly coated with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.

Cooking Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

4.Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon, securing the ends with toothpicks if necessary. Place the bacon-wrapped chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

5.Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.

6.Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
