Chicken Pita Pizza

Preparation Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Pizza Sauce In a small bowl, mix together the tomato sauce, tomato paste, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, and salt and pepper. Set aside.

Pita Dough Place the pita bread on a baking sheet. Brush olive oil on both sides of the pita bread.

Assembling the Pizza Spread a generous amount of the pizza sauce onto each pita bread.

Assembling the Pizza Top the sauce with the cooked and shredded chicken, sliced tomatoes, and grated cheese.

Baking Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serving Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
