Marinating the Chicken In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, lime juice, honey, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt to make the marinade.

2.Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well. Leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for better flavor.

Preparing the Sauce Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.

4.Add the green bell pepper, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, tomato paste, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, sugar, and salt. Cook for a few minutes until the spices are fragrant.

5.Add the marinated chicken and cook until it is cooked through and tender. The sauce should thicken slightly.

Garnishing and Serving Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with lime wedges.
