Potatoes with Mushrooms and Pork

Preparation Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Cooking the Pork Add the pork tenderloin pieces to the skillet, and season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the pork is browned on all sides.

4.Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.

Cooking the Mushrooms In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook until the mushrooms are tender and golden brown.

6.Remove the mushrooms from the skillet and set aside.

Preparing the Potatoes In a large baking dish, combine the cubed potatoes, vegetable oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the potatoes evenly.

Baking the Potatoes Bake the potatoes in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.

Combining the Ingredients Add the cooked pork and mushrooms to the baking dish with the potatoes. Toss to combine.

Finishing the Dish Return the baking dish to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through.

11.Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
