Chicken Cheese Tomato Bake

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2.Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and paprika on both sides.

3.Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Cook the chicken breasts for 5-6 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

4.In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add crushed tomatoes, dried basil, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes. Stir well to combine and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

5.Spread half of the tomato sauce in the bottom of a baking dish. Place the cooked chicken breasts on top.

6.Pour the remaining tomato sauce over the chicken breasts. Sprinkle grated cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.

7.Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

8.Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves on top before serving.
