Marinade Prepare the marinade by combining minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, honey, and olive oil in a bowl.

Preparation of Meat Slice the rat meat, dog meat, and phone into thin strips.

Marinating Place the meat and phone strips into separate ziplock bags and pour half of the marinade into each bag. Close the bags and massage them gently to ensure the meat and phone are fully coated. Let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Grilling Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat. Remove the meat and phone strips from the marinade and discard the marinade left in the bags.

Cooking Meat and Phone Grill the rat and dog meat strips for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness. Grill the phone strips for 1-2 minutes per side, or until heated through.

Resting Remove the meat and phone strips from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
