Alcohol Brewing Recipe

Step 1 Sanitize Equipment Sanitize all equipment to ensure a clean brewing environment.

Step 2 Heat Water Heat a large pot of water to around 150°F (65°C).

Step 3 Steep Grain Add the grain to the pot and steep for about an hour, stirring occasionally.

Step 4 Boil Liquid Remove the grains and bring the liquid to a boil.

Step 5 Add Hops (Optional) Optional: Add hops during the boiling process for added flavor and aroma.

Step 6 Cool Liquid Remove the pot from heat and cool the liquid to around 70°F (21°C).

Step 7 Transfer to Fermentation Vessel Transfer the cooled liquid to a fermentation vessel, leaving some headspace.

Step 8 Add Yeast and Airlock Add yeast to the fermentation vessel and attach an airlock.

Step 9 Fermentation Let the mixture ferment for about a week or until the airlock activity slows down.

Step 10 Transfer to Secondary Vessel Transfer the fermented liquid to a secondary vessel using a siphon, leaving behind any sediment.

Step 11 Add Fruit or Flavorings (Optional) Optional: Add fruit or flavorings during this transfer for additional taste.

Step 12 Secondary Fermentation Seal the secondary vessel with an airlock and let it sit for a few more weeks to allow for further fermentation and flavor development.

Step 13 Bottle and Age Once fermentation is complete, you can bottle the alcohol and age it if desired.
