Potato and Sausage Salad

Assembling the Salad In a large mixing bowl, combine the boiled and cubed potatoes, sliced sausages, blanched green beans, and Brussels sprouts.

Chilling the Salad Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
