Raspberry Milk Olive Oil

1.In a blender, combine the milk, fresh raspberries, honey, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and well combined.

2.Pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes or until warm.

3.Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.

4.Transfer the mixture to a bowl or individual serving glasses.

5.Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until chilled and set.

6.To serve, top with fresh raspberries, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, and garnish with mint leaves.
