Cannabis Cookies

Preheat the Oven Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Dry Ingredients In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

Cream the Butter and Sugars In a separate mixing bowl, cream together the cannabis-infused butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the Eggs and Vanilla Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Combine the Wet and Dry Ingredients Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.

Add the Add-ins Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped nuts (if using).

Shape the Cookies Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets. Leave enough space between the cookies for spreading.

Bake and Cool the Cookies Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
