Egg Bread Pudding

Preparation Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

Mixing the Ingredients In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.

4.Tear the bread into small pieces and add them to the egg mixture. Gently stir until all of the bread is coated and soaked with the custard mixture.

Baking Transfer the bread mixture to the greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.

6.Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the custard is set. The center should be firm to the touch.

Serving Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm or at room temperature.
