Cheeseburger with Lobsters

1.Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

2.Using kitchen shears, cut a slit down the center of each lobster tail shell, without cutting through the meat. Gently pull the shell open to expose the meat.

3.Season the lobster meat with salt and pepper.

4.Grill the lobster tails flesh side down for about 5-7 minutes, until the meat is opaque and firm. Flip the tails over and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes to lightly char the shell. Remove from the grill and let the lobster tails cool slightly before removing the meat from the shells.

5.Form the ground beef into 4 patties and season with salt and pepper. Grill the patties to desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.

6.Just before the patties are done cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt.

7.While the patties are cooking, spread the cut sides of the hamburger buns with butter. Grill the bun halves until lightly toasted.

8.In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard.

9.To assemble the cheeseburgers, spread the mayo mixture on the bottom half of each bun. Top with a grilled patty, lobster meat, tomato slices, red onion slices, and lettuce leaves. Place the top half of the bun on top.

10.Serve the cheeseburgers with lobsters immediately, and enjoy!
