Scrambled Eggs with Sausage

1.Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.

2.Add the sausages to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove the sausages from the pan and set aside.

3.In a bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten. Season with salt and pepper.

4.Heat the butter in the same frying pan over medium heat.

5.Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and let them cook undisturbed for a minute.

6.Using a spatula, gently scramble the eggs until they are mostly cooked but still slightly runny.

7.Add the cooked sausages back to the pan and continue cooking until the eggs are fully cooked and the sausages are heated through.

8.Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.

9.Serve hot and enjoy!
