Teriyaki Soba with Minced Meat

Cook Soba Noodles Cook the soba noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Prepare Teriyaki Sauce In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to make the teriyaki sauce.

Add Teriyaki Sauce Pour the teriyaki sauce into the pan with the meat and vegetables. Cook for a few minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.

Add Soba Noodles Add the cooked soba noodles to the pan and toss everything together until the noodles are well coated with the teriyaki sauce.
