7.Fold the empty half of the tortilla over the filling, creating a half-moon shape.

8.Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

Cook Quesadillas Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Add a small amount of butter or oil to the pan.

10.Place the assembled quesadillas on the hot pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese is melted.
