Milk Fish Curry

1.Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.

2.Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

3.Add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for another minute.

4.Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and mushy.

5.Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.

6.Add the fish fillets and gently toss to coat them with the spice mixture.

7.Pour in the milk and bring it to a simmer. Cover the pan and let it cook for about 10-15 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.

8.Sprinkle garam masala powder over the curry and give it a final stir.

9.Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and serve hot with rice or naan bread.
