Inazuma Tea

Step 1 Bring water to a boil in a teapot or saucepan.

Step 2 Add green tea leaves to the boiling water and let it steep for 3 minutes.

Step 3 Meanwhile, place the dried bael fruit, goji berries, chrysanthemum flowers, and lavender petals in a tea infuser or a small cloth bag.

Step 4 After the tea has steeped, remove the tea leaves and add the tea infuser or bag containing the flavorings to the teapot or saucepan.

Step 5 Let the flavorings steep in the tea for an additional 2 minutes.

Step 6 Remove the tea infuser or bag and discard the flavorings.

Step 7 Add honey to the tea and stir well to combine.

Step 8 Serve the Inazuma Tea hot or pour it over ice for a refreshing iced tea.
