Cheese-Stuffed Baked Fish

Preparation Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Preparing the Fish Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels. Season the fillets with salt, pepper, and paprika. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fillets and set aside.

Cheese Filling In a bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix until well combined.

Stuffing the Fish Spread the prepared cheese filling evenly over one side of each fish fillet. Carefully roll up the fillets, securing the filling inside.

Baking Place the stuffed fish fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the cheese is golden and bubbly.

6.Serve the cheese-stuffed baked fish hot, garnished with fresh herbs and lemon slices. Enjoy!
