Sizzling Oyster Sauce Beef

Marinating the Beef In a bowl, combine the beef slices with oyster sauce, soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, sugar, and black pepper. Mix well to ensure the beef is evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Stir-Frying the Beef Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the wok and set aside.
