Spicy Chicken Pasta

1.Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2.Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the chicken until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

3.In the same skillet, add more olive oil if needed and sauté the onion, garlic, and red bell pepper until softened.

4.Add diced tomatoes, chicken broth, heavy cream, paprika, chili flakes, and oregano to the skillet. Stir well and let it simmer for a few minutes.

5.Slice the cooked chicken breasts and add them back to the skillet. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese.

6.Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined.

7.Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
