Boba Coffee

1.Cook the tapioca pearls: Boil water in a saucepan, add tapioca pearls, and cook for 15 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.

2.Prepare the sweetener: In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar and honey. Heat over low heat until the sugar is dissolved. Let it cool.

3.Brew the coffee: Brew your favorite coffee and let it cool to room temperature.

4.Assemble the boba coffee: In a glass, add ice cubes, brewed coffee, milk, cream, and the prepared sweetener. Stir well.

5.Add the cooked tapioca pearls: Scoop the cooked tapioca pearls into the glass with the boba coffee mixture.
