Festive Christmas Lecse

1.In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent.

2.Add the diced pork to the pot and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

3.Stir in the diced red and green bell peppers, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes until they soften.

4.Add the chopped tomatoes, sauerkraut, paprika, caraway seeds, black pepper, and salt to the pot. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.

5.Pour in the water, bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover the pot and let it simmer for about 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pork is tender and the flavors meld together.

6.Once cooked, taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
