Golden Ormus Elixir

1.In a glass or ceramic bowl, combine 1 cup of Dead Sea salt with 1 cup of distilled water. Stir until the salt is fully dissolved.

2.Add 1 tablespoon of baking soda to the saltwater solution and stir gently.

3.Slowly add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to the mixture. Be cautious as it may fizz slightly.

4.Add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to the mixture and stir well.

5.Finally, add 1 teaspoon of honey to the solution and mix until fully dissolved.

6.Let the mixture sit undisturbed for 24 hours to allow the Ormus to settle at the bottom.

7.After 24 hours, carefully pour off the clear liquid on top, leaving the settled Ormus at the bottom.

8.Transfer the settled Ormus into a clean glass jar for storage. Keep it in a cool, dark place.
