Bread Maker Butter Biscuits

1.Place all dry ingredients (all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, salt) into the bread maker's baking pan.

2.Scatter the cold, cubed butter evenly over the dry ingredients.

3.Pour the whole milk over the mixture in the bread maker.

4.Set the bread maker to the 'dough' setting and start the cycle.

5.Once the dough cycle is complete, turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface.

6.Gently roll the dough to about 1/2 inch thickness.

7.Use a biscuit cutter or a glass to cut out biscuits.

8.Arrange the biscuits back in the bread maker, either on the dough setting for just keeping warm or in an oven-proof dish if your model supports baking.

9.If your bread maker has a baking feature, set it to bake at 350°F (if applicable) or transfer the oven-proof dish to a preheated oven.

10.Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

11.Remove the biscuits and serve warm.
