Spicy Masala Egg Wrap

1.Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

2.Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with masala.

3.Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook until set. Remove and set aside.

4.In the same pan, sauté chopped onions, tomatoes, and chillies until soft and fragrant.

5.Place a chapati on a clean surface and spread a layer of various sauces of your choice.

6.Add the cooked masala eggs on top of the chapati.

7.Spoon the sautéed onion, tomato, and chilli mixture over the eggs.

8.Roll up the chapati to form a wrap.

9.Cut the wrap in half and serve hot.
