Marie Gold Biscuit Cake

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a cake pan with butter or oil.

2.In a blender, crush the Marie Gold biscuits into fine crumbs.

3.In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs until fluffy and pale in color.

4.Add the crushed Marie Gold biscuits, dates, and milk to the beaten eggs.

5.Mix everything together until well combined into a smooth batter.

6.Pour the batter into the greased cake pan and spread it evenly.

7.Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

8.Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely before slicing and serving.
