Crispy Air Fryer Chicken and Fries Combo

1.Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.

2.Pat the chicken tenders dry with paper towels. Set up a breading station: place flour in the first shallow bowl, beat eggs in the second, and combine panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in the third.

3.Dredge each chicken tender in flour, dip in egg, then coat thoroughly with the panko mixture. Set aside on a plate.

4.Toss the cut potatoes in olive oil, smoked paprika, and salt until evenly coated.

5.Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the fries in a single layer (cook in batches if needed). Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 15-18 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy. Transfer cooked fries to a plate and keep warm.

6.Place the breaded chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C).

7.Serve the crispy chicken tenders and fries together, garnished with chopped parsley if desired. Offer ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce on the side.
