Creamy Garlic Chicken Bacon Pasta

1.In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon and set it aside, leaving the bacon fat in the skillet.

2.Add the sliced chicken to the skillet with the bacon fat and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

3.In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Cook until the garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute.

4.Pour in the chicken stock and milk, stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat.

5.Add the penne pasta to the skillet and cook according to package instructions until al dente.

6.Stir in the spinach until wilted.

7.Return the cooked chicken and bacon to the skillet, mixing everything well to combine.

8.Simmer the mixture for an additional 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

9.Season with salt and pepper to taste, if needed.
