Melt chocolate and butter in saucepan over low heat; cool slightly.
Beat eggs slightly, then gradually beat in sugar and continue beating for 2 to 3 minutes.
Blend in chocolate mixture.
Stir in flour; then add vanilla and nuts.
Spread in greased 13x9-inch pan.
Bake at 325°F about 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool in pan; then cut into squares or bars.
