Cheesy Beef Nachos

Preparing the Seasoned Ground Beef 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks.

2.Season the beef with onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Stir well to combine the seasoning evenly. Cook for a few more minutes until fragrant. Set aside.

Assembling the Nachos 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

4.2. On a baking sheet, arrange a layer of tortilla chips. Top with the seasoned ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, black beans, chopped tomatoes, sliced black olives, and sliced jalapeños.

5.3. Add another layer of tortilla chips and repeat the toppings. Ensure even distribution of toppings for each layer.

6.4. Sprinkle the chopped green onions over the top layer of nachos.

7.5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serving the Nachos 1. Remove the nachos from the oven and drizzle with sour cream and salsa before serving. Garnish with additional jalapeños or green onions, if desired.
