Sriracha Oyster Sauce Fusion

1.In a medium mixing bowl, combine the oyster sauce, soy sauce, Sriracha, and chili oil. Stir well to combine all the sauces evenly.

2.Add the rice vinegar, minced garlic, brown sugar, and sesame oil to the bowl. Mix thoroughly until the brown sugar is fully dissolved and the ingredients are well incorporated.

3.Taste the sauce and adjust the spiciness by adding more Sriracha if desired, or balance it with a bit more sugar if it's too spicy for your liking.

4.Once the sauce is well mixed and seasoned to your preference, transfer it to a clean jar or container for storage.

5.Use the sauce immediately by drizzling it over your favorite stir-fries, grilled meats, or vegetables, or store it in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
