Sweet Crown Mocktail

1.Prepare the berry syrup by combining equal parts blueberry and raspberry syrup if not pre-made, or use a quality mixed berry syrup.

2.In a tall clear glass, add ice cubes to fill about halfway.

3.Pour the fresh orange juice gently over the ice.

4.Slowly add the fresh lemon juice on top of the orange juice to create a slight layering effect.

5.Carefully pour the mixed berry syrup over the back of a spoon held just above the lemon juice layer to create a distinct top layer of deep berry color.

6.Add the simple syrup to taste, stirring gently if needed to balance sweetness without disturbing layers much.

7.Top off the glass with chilled sparkling water, pouring slowly to maintain the layers.

8.Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a slice each of orange and lemon on the rim of the glass.

9.Serve immediately with a straw, encouraging the drinker to enjoy the layered flavors as they mix.
