Butter Cake

Preparation Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2.Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.

3.Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

4.Gradually add the flour into the batter, alternating with the milk and kefir. Mix until just combined.

5.Pour the batter into a greased and lined cake pan.

Baking Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

7.Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
