Tomato Feta Cheese Salad with Sausage and Bread Croutons

Preheat the Oven Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Make the Bread Croutons Cut the bread into small cubes and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Set aside.

Cook and Prepare the Sausages Cook the sausages according to the package instructions. Once cooked, cut them into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

Prepare the Salad Cut the tomatoes into wedges and place them in a large salad bowl. Crumble the feta cheese over the tomatoes.

Assemble the Salad Add the cooked sausages and bread croutons to the salad bowl.

Make the Dressing and Serve In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
