1.In a large bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. Add the cold cubed butter and use a pastry cutter or your fingers to rub the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

2.Gradually add ice water, a tablespoon at a time, and mix until the dough comes together. Shape the dough into a disc, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Preparation of the filling In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add the diced onion, minced garlic, and diced bell pepper. Cook until the vegetables are softened. Drain any excess grease.

4.In a small bowl, combine the grated cheese, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cooked ground beef mixture until well combined.

Preparation of the sauce In a saucepan, combine the beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.

6.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

7.Roll out the refrigerated dough on a lightly floured surface. Transfer the dough to a pie dish or baking dish, pressing it into the bottom and up the sides.

8.Spread the filling mixture evenly over the dough in the dish. Pour the sauce over the filling.

9.Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is heated through.

10.Let the dish cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
