Sweet Vanilla Honey Midha Delight

1In a mixing bowl, combine the Midha and sugar (½ cup), and mix well to ensure even distribution.

2In a separate bowl, mix the water (½ cup), vanilla essence (1 teaspoon), and honey (¼ cup) until the honey (¼ cup) is fully dissolved.

3Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry mixture, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.

4Once combined, knead the mixture into a smooth dough. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more Midha until it reaches the desired consistency.

5Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

6After resting, divide the dough into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.

7Flatten each ball into a disc shape using your palms or a rolling pin, ensuring they are of even thickness.

8Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and place the discs onto the skillet, cooking for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.

9Remove from the skillet and let them cool on a wire rack before serving.
