Coca-Cola Glazed Steak with Bacon and Chocolate Drizzle

1.Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

2.Season the ribeye steaks with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder on both sides.

3.In a saucepan, combine the Coca-Cola, cocoa powder, and brown sugar. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the mixture reduces by half and thickens, about 10-15 minutes.

4.While the sauce is reducing, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon and let it drain on paper towels, reserving the bacon fat in the skillet.

5.In the same skillet with the bacon fat, add the seasoned steaks and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness is reached.

6.Once the steaks are cooked, remove them from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes.

7.Crumble the crispy bacon over the steaks.

8.Drizzle the Coca-Cola chocolate sauce over the steaks and bacon just before serving.
