Mega Jumbo Ice Cream Cake Extravaganza

1.Preheat your freezer by ensuring it is set to the coldest setting.

2.In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed chocolate cookies and melted butter until well mixed. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Freeze for 15 minutes to set.

3.Once the crust is set, remove it from the freezer and layer the softened vanilla ice cream over the crust, smoothing it out evenly. Return to the freezer for 30 minutes to firm up.

7.Cover the cake with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.

8.When ready to serve, remove the cake from the freezer and carefully release it from the springform pan.

9.Spread whipped cream over the top of the cake, creating a smooth layer. Decorate with chocolate shavings, fresh strawberry slices, and maraschino cherries on top.
